Important: In order to reprocess leads/mark leads as valid again, you will have to mark your leads as undelivered if they have already been routed to and delivered to the set integration. Once the below has been achieved please see: How to Reprocess Leads? or Marking Leads As Valid/Invalid/Test
Configuration
1. Find the leads that you would like to mark as undelivered in the Leads tab of the campaign.
2. Select the leads that you would like to mark as undelivered.
3. Click Admin and select Mark as Undelivered from the dropdown menu.
4. Agree to the T&Cs by providing your name for audit purposes.
5. Refresh your page to update the lead status.
