Validating a Lead
1. Within your campaign, go to the Leads tab.
2. Identify the lead or leads to mark as valid and select the tick box next to the lead.
3. Click Mark Valid.
4. Select a reason to validate the lead, or enter an alternative reason, and select Route to Client Now to deliver the leads to the client through your integration choice. Then click Yes.
Invalidating a Lead
1. Within your campaign, go to the Leads tab.
2. Identify the lead or leads to mark as invalid and select the tick box next to the lead.
3. Click Mark Invalid.
4. Select a reason to invalidate the lead or enter an alternative reason, and click Yes.
Marking a lead as Pending/Test
1. Within your campaign, go to the Leads tab.
2. Identify the lead or leads to mark as Pending/Test and select the tick box next to the lead.
3. Select Mark Test.
4. If marking the lead as Pending, please select a reason or enter an alternative reason. If marking the lead as a Test please select the tick box for This is a Test Lead. Then select Yes.
