Custom Returned Lead Flags Follow

Overview

Once leads have been processed through a campaign they will be either marked as Valid, Invalid, or Caution. It is subsequently possible to change the status of the lead depending on your needs. The article Flagging Leads will walk you through how to update the lead status.

Additionally, it is possible to add customised lead flags for Invalid Leads. This allows you to report and track trends with why leads have been marked as invalid. For example, tracking Returned leads may help with improving other processes and improving lead quality.

Please note: This functionality is for Admin users only and at this time this functionality is only for Invalid - returned leads.

Creating your Custom Lead Flags

1. Navigate to the Enterprise tab and select Flag Reasons
