Overview
The Fulfilment Risk feature updates hourly to help identify publishers on a campaign level who might struggle to meet their lead goals for assigned campaigns by identifying trends and potential risks from past performance data.
This allows you to take action early, whether by offering support, adjusting expectations, or finding solutions.
Please note: Our predictions consider when the publisher signed their contract, the campaign end date, and the percentage of valid leads delivered.
Dashboard - Fulfilment Risk Widget
On the Dashboard, you'll see a new Fulfilment Risk widget.
Admin, Super and Agency Users can see top-level information showing the current risk levels for publishers on their campaigns.
Additionally on the widget, you'll see links to understand how we calculate risk, and a last updated timestamp to understand when the data on the widget last refreshed.
Click the View Campaigns button to see a breakdown of campaign fulfilment risk at a more granular level.
You'll see how many publishers are perceived to be at risk (classed as High, Medium and Low) on a particular campaign. Use this information tp determine which campaign(s) to review by clicking View Publishers. Additionally, you can filter the table by Campaign Manager and Account Manager.
Campaign - Publisher - Fulfilment Risk Widget
After clicking View Publisher, you will go to the Campaign Publishers page. You'll see a new widget with the campaign-level fulfilment risk breakdown.
Click View Publishers on the new widget to get a granular understanding of the publishers at risk.
Check allocation and contract terms, and make any amendments if applicable.
Widget showing 'Not enough data'?
Please note: Our predictions consider when the publisher signed their contract, the campaign end date, and the percentage of valid leads delivered.
Publishers who have met their allocation won’t have predictions, and those less than 15% into their duration are automatically classed as low risk to allow time for lead delivery. If you don’t see numbers right away, don’t worry, it may take a few days for everything to update.

How to Exclude Campaigns from Fulfilment Risk Insights
Letting you exclude campaigns keeps Fulfilment Risk insights clean and useful by filtering out noise from tests or one-off campaigns. This means better trends, smarter decisions, and no skewed data messing with the real picture.
To exclude campaigns, go to Campaign > Admin > Setup > Advanced. When the Exclude from AI Insights toggle is enabled, any data on the campaign will not be used in any risk analysis.
By default, we exclude campaigns with "test" in the name and template campaigns. For more information, see exclusions.
