  • This displays potential campaigns that are at risk of not delivering the campaign on time (When clicking on this visual this will redirect the user to the campaign overview section).

    • Note: uncapped campaigns are not included in this visual.

Top 10 Advertisers and Publishers

  • This shows the top 10 performing Advertisers and Publishers additionally it gives a breakdown of valid leads and their delivery status.

Total No. Of Leads Created And Lead Invalidation Rate By Day

  • This shows a breakdown of the number of leads delivered daily along with the invalidation rates.
    • Users can filter data by Day, Week, Month etc
    • Users can filter this data by lead source (full breakdown at the bottom of the age)
    • Users can filter this data by publisher

Visual Title Definition
Campaigns By Status (Last 24 months) Description: Shows the number of campaigns for each status (Completed, In Progress, Upcoming). Status is defined by the campaign start and end dates:
  • Completed - Both the start and end date are before/at the current date.
  • In Progress - The start date is before/at the current date. The end date is after the current date.
  • Upcoming - The start date is after the current date.
Filtered by:
  • Advertiser filter
Restrictions:
  • Only non-deleted campaigns
  • Only business insights campaigns
  • Only non-deleted advertisers
Total Leads By Status Description: Shows the number of leads created grouped by status (Valid, Invalid, Caution, Test, Processing). Leads that are currently undergoing processing and have not yet been assigned a lead status on the Convertr platform are given the ‘Processing’ status. Filtered by:
  • Advertiser filter
  • Timeframe filter (based on lead creation date)

  • Only non-deleted campaigns

  • Only non-deleted advertisers
Delivered Leads Description: Shows the total number of delivered leads over the selected timeframe and advertisers.Filtered by:
  • Advertiser filter
  • Timeframe filter (based on lead creation date)

  • Only business insights campaigns
  • Only non-deleted advertisers
Billable Leads Description: Shows the total number of advertiser billable leads over the selected timeframe and advertisers.Filtered by:
  • Advertiser filter
  • Timeframe filter (based on lead creation date)
Restrictions:
  • Only non-deleted leads
  • Only non-deleted campaigns
  • Only business insights campaigns
  • Only non-deleted advertisers
Deleted leads Description: Shows the total number of leads created over the selected timeframe and advertisers which have been deleted.Note: This shows leads which have been created with the chosen filters (like timeframe) that have then been deleted. Not leads that were deleted in the timeframeFiltered by:
  • Advertiser filter
  • Timeframe filter (based on lead creation date)

Processed Records Description: Shows the total number of processed record over the selected timeframe and advertisers. Includes both first processing and additional reprocessing.Filtered by:

% Of Leads Reprocessed Description: Shows the total number of processed record over the selected timeframe and advertisers. Includes both first processing and additional reprocessing.Filtered by:

Process Volume Description: Shows the total number of processed record over the selected timeframe and advertisers. Includes both first processing and additional reprocessing.Filtered by:

Top 10 Advertisers By Valid Leads In Selected Time Period Description: Shows the total number of valid leads over the selected timeframe and advertisers for the top 10 advertisers ranked by the number of valid leads. Valid leads are split into delivered and not delivered groups.Filtered by:

  • Timeframe filter (based on lead creation date)
Restrictions:
  • Only non-deleted leads

Top 10 Publishers By Valid Leads In Selected Time Period Description: Shows the total number of valid leads over the selected timeframe and advertisers for the top 10 publishers ranked by the number of valid leads. Valid leads are split into delivered and not delivered groups.Filtered by:
  • Advertiser filter
  • Timeframe filter (based on lead creation date)
Restrictions:
  • Only non-deleted leads
  • Only non-deleted campaigns
  • Only business insights campaigns
  • Only non-deleted advertisers
In Progress Campaign Risk Description: Shows the number of In Progress campaigns (see definition above) grouped by their risk status for each status (High Risk, Medium Risk, Low Risk, Not Categorised). Status is calculated by (% of leads remaining/ % of days remaining) on a campaign. The result of this calculation gives a ‘risk score'. The boundaries for the groups can be modified by changing the risk score thresholds on the 'Campaign Overview’ page.
  • High Risk - The risk score is greater than the high risk threshold (default = 1.25).
  • Medium Risk - The risk score is greater than or equal to the low risk threshold and less than or equal to the high risk threshold (default low risk = 1.05, default high risk = 1.25).
  • Low Risk - The risk score is less than the low risk threshold (default = 1.05).
  • Not Categorised - Less than 10% of the campaign's duration has passed or the campaign lead limit is uncapped (meaning a % fulfilment cannot be calculated).

  • No. of campaigns with at least one lead created
  • Total volume of valid leads created
  • Total volume of invalid leads created
  • Total volume of delivered leads created
  • Total volume of caution leads created
  • Total volume of test leads created
  • Total volume of leads created which passed QA but were returned to the publisher
  • Total volume of deleted leads created
