Overview

This report allows you to understand publisher performance.

Controls

  • Here you can filter the data by time frame (max 24 months) and Advertisers, Campaigns and Publishers.

Publisher performance

  • This displays the number of active publishers for the timeframe selected, additionally, you can highlight publishers for the visual.

  • The visual below gives a breakdown of publishers active in the given period:
    • The left axis represents the validation rate.
    • The bottom axis represents the number of leads.
  • On the right-hand table, this gives you a full breakdown of the data.

Publisher - Lead Stats

  • The table below gives a breakdown of performance across publishers. You can expand the table by publisher, advertiser and campaign.

Visual Title Definition

Publishers

Description:

Visual showing the number of publishers selected.

Filtered by:

  • Campaigns filter

  • Advertiser filter

  • Publisher filter

  • Timeframe (lead creation date) filter

Restrictions:

  • Only non-deleted leads

  • Only non-deleted campaigns

  • Only business insights campaigns

  • Only non-deleted advertisers

Publishers - Validation Rate x No. of Leads

Description:

Scatterplot showing all chosen publishers (by filters) as datapoints with Validation Rate on the y-axis and No. of Leads Created on the x-axis.

A publisher ‘dot’ can be selected to highlight a publisher, alternatively, they can be selected using the highlight publisher dropdown filter. Selecting a publisher filters the following visuals:

  • Selected publisher details

  • {Metric} By Month for {Publisher}

  • {Metric2} By Month for {Publisher}

Filtered by:

  • Campaigns filter

  • Advertiser filter

  • Publisher filter

  • Timeframe (lead creation date) filter

Restrictions:

  • Only non-deleted leads

  • Only non-deleted campaigns

  • Only business insights campaigns

  • Only non-deleted advertisers

Selected publisher details

Description:

Table showing publisher performance metrics for the selected publisher. A publisher can be selected by clicking on a datapoint on the scatterplot or by using the 'Highlight Publisher' dropdown.

This table gives a number of metrics:

  • No. of campaigns the publisher has created leads for (regardless of lead status)

  • Total number of leads created

  • Total number of valid leads created

  • Validation rate

  • Invalidation rate

  • Total number of invalid leads created

  • Total number of caution leads created

  • Total number of test leads created

  • Total number of advertiser billable leads created

  • Total number of publisher billable leads created

  • Avg. number of processes per lead

  • Avg. time from publisher sign date to first lead creation (days)

  • Total number of returned leads created

  • % of leads returned

  • Total number of returned leads created

  • % of leads returned

Column chart showing publisher performance metrics on a month-by-month basis. The chart shows only a single metric, however, this metric can be chosen from a list of different publisher performance metrics using the dropdown filter above the chart.

A single publisher also needs to be chosen by clicking on a scatterplot datapoint or using the ‘Highlight Publisher’ filter.

This allows a user to observe how the publisher's performance in the chosen metric has changed over time for the chosen publisher.
