Configuring Convertr Connect within your campaign allows you to automate the validation of leads against your client's specific requirements before they are delivered.
By adding a single "soft check" job, the platform pre-screens every lead, significantly reducing invalidation rates on the client side. This automated approach ensures that only leads meeting the client's live criteria are sent, protecting your reputation as a high-quality lead supplier while eliminating the manual overhead of repetitive setup.

How to Interact with Convertr Connect in your campaign?
Follow these steps to link your campaign directly to your client's platform:
1. Navigate to the Connect Tab
Open the campaign you wish to configure. From the Admin menu at the top, select Setup. You will see a dedicated tab labeled Connect.
2. Select Your Credentials
Once in the Connect tab, you will be prompted to select your pre-configured credentials.
Note: if you haven't set up your credentials yet, you can follow the instructions in the Credential Manager Guide.
3. Campaign and Form Selection
Choose Campaign: Select the specific client campaign you are connecting to.

Select Form: Choose the associated form.
System Shortcut: If the campaign only contains one form, the system will automatically assign it and attempt to auto-map the fields for you.
4. Complete Field Mapping
Review the mapped fields to ensure your campaign data matches the client’s requirements.
Best Practice: Even with auto-mapping, always double-check your fields to ensure 100% accuracy before saving.
5. Save and Deploy
Once you save the configuration, the platform will automatically create your connected Convertr Connect QA and Integration jobs. Your campaign is now live—you can begin uploading leads immediately!
What the Campaign-Level Convertr Connect Capability Cannot Do?
🚫 Create Remote Campaigns You cannot create new campaigns on your client’s platform; you can only connect to existing campaigns you have been granted access to.
🚫 Override Campaign Permissions This tool cannot be used on campaigns where you do not have explicit permission to access or view the campaign information.
