Introduction
The Processr allows you to automate and streamline data processing workflows. You can define a series of actions that are applied to data as it is ingested, ensuring that the data meets specific quality and formatting standards before being forwarded to other external systems.
Accessing Processr
- Navigate to Your Campaign: Log in to your Convertr account and select the campaign you wish to configure.
- Open the Processr page: Within your campaign, click on the 'Processr' page to access the list of existing jobs.
Jobs Types
Processr offers a diverse array of job types, each tailored to perform specific functions format and validate data, enrich information and facilitate integrations. By leveraging these Processr job types, you can create robust data processing workflows that ensure high-quality, enriched, and well-integrated data tailored to your specific requirements.

Quality Assurance Jobs
These jobs are designed to validate and ensure the integrity of incoming data by performing various checks and validations.
Enrichment Jobs
Enrichment jobs enhance lead data by appending additional information from external sources, providing a more comprehensive dataset for each lead.
Integration Jobs
Integration jobs facilitate the seamless transfer of data between the Convertr platform and external systems, ensuring synchronized and up-to-date information across platforms.
Adding and Configuring New Jobs
Add a New Job:
- Navigate to the tab of the job you would like to add.
- Click the 'Add' button within the Processr tab.
- From the dropdown menu, select the desired job by scrolling or typing its name to search.
Configure the Job:
- Once your job has been chosen, edit and adjust job settings as required. Many jobs will have direct links to configuration guides.
- Once configured, click 'Save' to apply the settings.
Configuring Existing Jobs
Click the 'Configure' button next to any already added job to edit the existing settings.
Within the 'Configure' dialog, many jobs will have direct documentation links to help configuration and setup.
Quick Edit
When jobs have been added, some settings are available within the job listing table to quickly edit. These 'quick edit' settings are:
- Label: A custom name given to a Processr job for easier identification.
- Stage: Determines when in the data processing pipeline the job runs.
- Score: A numerical value assigned to a job which contributes to a lead’s overall score.
- Hardfail: Dictates whether a lead is immediately rejected if it fails the job.
Job Groups
Job Groups can organise multiple jobs into a single group and define conditions under which each job within the group should run.
