Multi Field Condition Check Follow

Overview

The Multi-Field Condition check is a new Processr Job that can be used to identify if a lead has a duplicate value across specified fields from a list of set values.

For example, if a user is capturing data in 3 fields:

  1. asset_1
  2. asset_2
  3. asset_3

For each of these fields, there is a list of values that can be populated in each:

  1. GDPR
  2. CCPA
  3. The World of Compliance
  4. Your Data, Your Security

This processor job will prevent the values from the list above from being repeated more than once across each of the 3 fields.

This job is particularly useful and a recommended rule for multi-touch campaigns.

Configuration

1. Within your campaign, navigate to the Processr tab and select Add Job.

c. The case_sensitive option allows you to specify if the values need to be case-sensitive or not

  • All asset fields are mandatory
  • Duplicate values cannot be used
  • All values must be formatted as the list provided

Here’s how you’d configure the Multi Field Condition Job:

1. Add or Configure the Job

2. Add Conditions

Condition 1: Fields Condition 2: Validate the Values
Field Name: Select asset_1, asset_2 and asset_3 from the dropdown. Values enter GDPR, CCPA, The World of Compliance, Your Data, Your Security

How It Works

Pass Fail

asset_1 = GDPR
asset_2 = Your Data, Your Security
asset_3 = CCPA

This lead passes as it meets all the conditions.

asset_1 = Your Data, Your Security
asset_2 = GDPR
asset_3 = Your Data, Your Security
This lead fails because the asset_1 and asset_3 are duplicates
