Overview
This document lists out all the jobs that are available on the Convertr Platform.
Please note: Not all jobs may be available in your platform. If you require an additional job, please contact your CSM.
Standard Quality Checks
Check for common errors, such as empty fields, incorrect formatting, and common text issues like profanity or test data.

| Test Data Check | Checks to find the word test within the lead data |
| First and Last Name Check | Check to find if the first and last name match |
| Non Standard Character Check | Check to find non-standard characters within the configured fields. |
| Repeated Character Check | Check to find if a character has been repeated 3 or more times in a row on a specified field |
| Multiple Empty Fields Check | Check to find 3 or more empty fields within the lead data |
| Vowel Check | Check to find vowels within the configured fields. |
| Repeated Value Check | Check to find duplicate field content on the lead data within the fields configured (max of 3 times) |
| Telephone Format Check | Check to find if the telephone number has any repeated or sequential numbers, along with a check on minimum length |
| Multiple Short Values Check | Check to find multiple fields (3 or more) with less than 4 characters in the lead data. |
| Rapid Post Check | Check to find if the lead has the same IP address as a previously submitted lead within 30 seconds |
| Profanity Check | Check to find if the lead data contains any profanities |
| Unique IP Address Check | Check to find if the lead has the same IP address as a previously submitted lead within the past 1 hour |
| First and Last Name Length Check | Checks the combined length of the first and last name are not below a certain limit |
| Length check of given field | Allows you to set a minimum and maximum character limit on selected fields. |
| Name is comprised of likely characters | Check to ensure the first and last name are comprised of likely characters rather than random keyboard typing |
| Date Format Check | Check to find if that the date submitted is in the correct format. |
Suppression and Acceptance Lists
Check leads against global suppression lists, or manage a custom acceptance or suppression list for a specific campaign.

| Validation List Check | Check to find if the value submitted on the lead passes the list of values accepted on the validation/suppression list |
Configurable Campaign Rules
Set custom campaign requirements to support ABM, target personas, acceptance rules and more.

| Required Value Check | Check to see if fields contain a specified value |
| Conditional Mapping Check | Check to see if the lead passes all conditions configured on the job |
| Lead within time period | Check to find if a lead is created outside the specified time period |
| Conditional Validation | Check the lead matches the job configuration after lead enrichment |
| Constraints Check | Check lead field against pre-defined syntax constraints |
| Value Transforms | Check to confirm that all fields created from Value Transforms have been applied successfully. |
| Lead Field Not Empty | Check to ensure a field contains a value/field is not empty |
| Simple Conditional Validation | Check to find if the lead data the passes the configuration set. |
| Convertr Connect - Simple Conditional Validation | Check to find if the lead data passes a Simple Conditional campaign rule configured in a receiving Convertr platform. |
| Convertr Connect - Validation List | Check to find if the lead data passes an acceptance or suppression Validation List campaign rule configured in a receiving Convertr platform. |
Duplicate Checks
Identify duplicate leads within your Convertr platform

| Duplicate Telephone Number Check | Check for duplicate telephone numbers on a campaign level. Leads will need to be billable or pending batch. |
| Duplicate Email Check | Checks for duplicate emails on a campaign level. |
| Duplicate Field Check | Check to find duplicates based on a count limit. |
| Multiple Field Duplication | Checks to find duplicates based off of two or more fields. |
| Multi Field Condition Check | Checks to ensure that leads do not have duplicate values across specified fields, such as asset titles |
| Duplicate Email For Same Publisher | Checks for duplicate emails on a publisher level |
| Enterprise Duplicate Email Check | Checks to find if the email address is a duplicate over a certain time period across multiple campaigns, or at an advertiser or platform level. |

Third-Party Contact Validation Jobs
Live email and phone checks with third-party providers. Requires additional fee.

| Live International Telephone Check | A live check against a database of live numbers to test the validity of the telephone number |
| Global Telephone test | A live check against a database of live numbers to test the validity of the telephone number. |
| Global Telephone test 2 | A live check against a database of correct number formats |
| Post Code Validation Check | Check to find if the postcode exists (UK ONLY) |
Integrations
Easily deliver leads to other platforms, via email, or secure spreadsheets.

| Standard Email Integration | The lead details are formatted with some elements removed and emailed to one or more email addresses |
| Conditional Email Integration | The lead details are formatted with elements removed and emailed to one or more email addresses based on a specific condition from the lead. Additional fields should be specified as field_name => field values and email recipients. Field names are case-sensitive, email format is name: email_address. |
| Multiple Campaign Integration | Send leads to multiple campaigns |
| HTTP Integration | Post leads to a remote server, generally submitting leads to a secure form on another platform. |
| Batch CSV Integration | Non-integrated leads are added to a CSV or XLSX file and transmitted to a remote location at periodic intervals. Default file format is CSV. |
