Categories and Sub-Categories Follow

Overview

The platform allows you add categories and sub-categories, which can be assigned when creating a whitepaper in your campaign. If a whitepaper is not associated with a category, it will only be displayed in the content block and not in the category, advertiser or search pages - which can lead to a lot of confusion for your users.

Creating a Parent Category

1. Once you have logged into the platform, go to System in the left column and select System Categories from the dropdown menu.
