Lead Invalidation Summary
Investigating why leads have been classified as Caution or Invalid can often require reviewing individual leads or exporting reports to identify recurring QA issues.
Lead Invalidation Summary makes this process faster by bringing together the QA jobs affecting your leads in one place on the Campaign Leads page.
Lead Invalidation Summary helps you:
- Identify the QA issues impacting the highest number of leads.
- Prioritise investigation based on the issues affecting the most leads.
- Filter directly to affected leads for faster investigation.
- Navigate to the relevant QA job configuration.
- Distinguish between Fixable and Non-Fixable QA jobs to help focus investigation.
Available for Admins, Super Users and Agency Users.
For detailed guidance on how the feature works, see Understanding Lead Invalidation Summary.

Lead Invalidation Summary - Hard Fail Jobs
QA jobs configured as Hard Fail will now appear under Non-Fixable Jobs in Lead Invalidation Summary.
This also gives you greater control over how jobs are prioritised in the summary. If you want a job currently shown under Fixable Jobs to be treated as Non-Fixable, you can configure the job as Hard Fail and it will automatically move to the Non-Fixable Jobs tab.
For more information, see Understanding Lead Invalidation Summary.

New Credentials Support for ZoomInfo Contact Enrichment
ZoomInfo has updated their API and changed their credentials format. We released a new ZoomInfo - Contact Enrichment Processr Job that supports the new credentials. It now also supports Credential Manager configuration, making credentials more secure and easier to manage across your campaigns and campaign templates.
ZoomInfo hasn't disclosed a sunset date for the previous credentials. We recommend switching to the new Processr Job as soon as possible to avoid disruption.
See more in the updated ZoomInfo Contact Enrichment documentation.
Please note: We renamed the previous version to ZoomInfo - Contact Enrichment (legacy). We'll continue to support it until all customers have moved their active campaigns and templates to the new version.
