Improved Reliability for Dashboard Widgets 

We’ve made targeted improvements to the Campaign Totals and Lead Totals widgets on the Dashboard.

These widgets should now load more consistently, reducing instances where charts take longer than expected to populate and helping you access key campaign and lead metrics with less waiting.

Improved Performance for the Sent Batches Page

We have released improvements to the Sent Batches page to make it faster and more reliable, particularly for customers working with large volumes of batch data.

Previously, some users experienced long load times or timeouts when viewing sent batches. With this update, sent batch data is now handled more efficiently behind the scenes, resulting in:

• Faster and more consistent page loading

• Improved reliability when working with large numbers of sent batches

• A smoother experience when reviewing batch delivery history

There are no changes to how you use the feature — everything works the same as before, but with noticeably improved performance.

Duplicate Fields Removed from Report Builder

We have fixed an issue in the Leads Report Builder where the 'Band Id' and 'Band Name' fields appeared more than once in the field list.

The field list will now show a single, correct version of each field, making it easier to configure reports accurately and avoid confusion when selecting fields.

Improved Clarity in Campaign Field Mappings

We’ve fixed an issue where changing or removing the associated form (or form fields) could cause the Processr jobs Mapping tab to display incorrect field mappings referencing a form that was no longer linked to the campaign. With this update, the Mapping tab now clearly indicates when a field reference belongs to a removed or unlinked form. Users will see an error message: 

“This form field is no more associated to the campaign.” 

This provides clearer context and helps you identify and resolve mapping issues faster.

Bombora Intent Enrichment

We’ve released the Bombora Intent Enrichment connection. This feature is available to all customers; however, you’ll need your own Bombora license to configure the connection.

Bombora intent data turns buyer intent signals into actionable lead insights, giving sales and marketing teams visibility into what prospects are actively researching and how strong that interest is:

• Appends the latest available Bombora intent data to leads in under a second.
• Makes intent data available for lead validation in the same way as other lead fields.
• Makes intent data available for delivery to your CRM and downstream systems in the same way as other lead fields.
