Fixes
Adding Multiple Marketo ID Fields in Report Builder
We have fixed an issue in the Report Builder where users were unable to proceed when adding more than one Marketo ID field.
Previously, even after renaming the second field, the “Next” button remained disabled, preventing users from moving to the next step.
With this fix, you can now add and configure multiple Marketo ID fields and proceed without any issues, ensuring a smoother report creation experience.

Improvements
Improved Data Masking
We have made improvements to how sensitive data is masked across the platform to ensure greater consistency and control.
What’s improved:
- The
emailDomainfield is now masked by default for masked users - Masked Agency users can whitelist the field where required
- For other user roles with masking enabled, the field remains masked and cannot be unmasked
Additionally, masking behaviour has been standardised across all PII fields:
- All sensitive fields are now fully masked
- Partial visibility (e.g. first character) has been removed
- Masked values now use a fixed-length format for consistency
Fixes
Validation Message for Notification Emails in Batch CSV Jobs
We have fixed an issue with the Batch CSV job configuration where a required field did not display a validation message.
When Connection Type = Email, the job cannot be saved without the Notification Emails field. Previously, no message was shown to explain this. A “This field is required” message is now displayed, making it clear what needs to be completed.
Accurate Lead Volumes on Dashboard Page
We have fixed an issue where lead volumes on the Dashboard could appear inflated for some users.
This occurred in specific scenarios where campaigns were associated multiple times through user permissions. With this fix, lead volumes are now calculated correctly and consistently across all user views.

New Features
Microsoft Teams Webinars Lead Ingestion
Convertr now connects directly to Microsoft Teams, automatically ingesting registrant and attendee data into campaigns the moment a webinar ends.
Previously, getting webinar leads into Convertr required a manual export from Microsoft Teams, followed by file handling and upload. That process introduced delays of hours or days, along with the usual risks of data loss and inconsistency.
Microsoft Teams Webinars Lead Ingestion removes all of that — leads flow from Microsoft Teams into Convertr automatically, then through your existing enrichment, validation, and delivery configuration without any manual steps.
For full setup instructions, see Microsoft Teams Webinars Lead Ingestion documentation.
