New Feature
LeadScale (LolaGrove) Dynamic Suppression Integration
Universal Enrichment can now check leads against a LeadScale (formerly LolaGrove) dynamic suppression list. Suppressed contacts are flagged before delivery, so unwanted leads never reach your campaigns.
The check runs as a Universal Enrichment Processr job that retrieves a lead's email suppression status from LeadScale and stores it as a separate lead field. From there, you can use that field to validate the lead (for example, with a Simple Conditional Validation Processr job) or to route it.
To support this, Universal Enrichment now handles dynamic Response Mapping — it can read values from responses where the keys aren't known in advance. That unlocks a whole class of external services we couldn't map before, not just LeadScale. See Using Lead Values in Response Mapping for details.

AI Assistant: Lead Data Support
The Reporting Assistant now supports natural language queries on lead data.
In addition to your existing reporting capabilities, you can now ask questions about the following lead data fields:
- assets
- company
- company size
- country
- email domain
- industry
- job title
- job role
making it easier than ever to explore your lead data without manually building reports.
Whether you're generating lead files, analysing downloaded assets, or breaking down leads by attributes such as company size or job title, simply ask the Reporting Assistant in plain English.
Example questions
- Show me all delivered leads for campaign X with their job title, downloaded asset and company size.
- How many leads downloaded Asset X?
- Show me billable lead counts by company size, job role and industry.
- List the email domains for billable leads in campaign X.
