Accurate Import of Marketo Job Settings Across Campaigns
We’ve fixed an issue in the Integrate with Marketo workflow where, importing job settings from another campaign was unintentionally adding extra default values. With this update, configurations are now imported exactly as defined in the source campaign.
This ensures more consistent behaviour and improves accuracy when reusing existing campaign setups.

Improvements
Improved Transparency & Larger Reports in AI Assistant
We have introduced two key improvements to the AI Assistant:
- Responses now include the timestamp of the dataset used
- The maximum report size has been increased from 100K to 500K rows
These updates help you better understand data freshness and allow you to generate and download larger reports with ease.

Job Details Pagination & Export
We’ve fixed issues in the Job Details tab within Lead View
- 'Items Per Page' now correctly updates the number of visible records
- Pagination works as expected
- CSV export now matches the data displayed on the page, with all relevant fields included

Contact Status Sync Fix
We resolved an issue where updating a Contact's status wasn't correctly reflecting on the associated Lead status for certain campaigns. This has now been fixed and statuses will stay in sync as expected.
Improved Batch Delivery Reliability
We've made behind-the-scenes improvements to how batch delivery destinations are validated. FTP, SFTP, and OAuth configurations are now checked earlier in the process, preventing invalid settings from causing repeated reprocessing loops. You'll also see clearer error messages if something isn't configured correctly, making it easier to diagnose and fix issues.
Lead Export Stability Fix
We resolved an issue where lead export jobs could fail for Agency users when certain fields contained no value. Exports will now complete successfully even when some fields are blank.

Publisher Band Support in AI Assistant
The reporting agent now supports publisher band data as a reporting dimension, so you can query and analyse leads by publisher bands such as country codes, email domains, or regions.
Example Prompts
- How many more leads does a publisher band need to meet its cap?
- Show all valid leads grouped by publisher band
- Which campaigns are using country code as a publisher band?
- How are my leads pacing against a specific region?
