3. Determine Which Data Type You'd Like to Pull
Before connecting your ON24 Connected App, you will need to decide what type of information you would like to pull into the platform:
- Registration Data is pulled hourly and will include all fields on the registration form
- Attendee Data is pulled after an event and may take up to 24 hours. It will include everything that was entered on the registration form, as well as all engagement data from the digital event.
If you would like to pull both sets of data, you will need to create two campaigns and create two Connected Apps, for example:
ON24 Registration Data
This data will be pulled on an hourly basis and will only pull in data from the point that the connection was set up in Convertr. In terms of the data, this will include everything that was entered on the registration form (to view this, see below):
- Go to Webcast Elite
- Click on the campaign you wish to see
- Click Registration
Example Registration Response in Convertr
