Overview
In a campaign, certain Processr jobs require Agency users to verify the accuracy of values and provide new ones when necessary. For example, Campaign admins may sometimes require Agency users to update a Simple Conditional Validation job with a new set of values, such as when the names of the assets need to be revised.
This feature allows Admin and Super users to set up a template campaign and assign Processr jobs that need to be reviewed by Agency users.
How to Apply Review Jobs (Admin / Super user)
Please Note: Only Admins and super users can change the Processr job states within a campaign that has been marked as Template. To find out how to mark a campaign as Template please refer to the Campaign Templates article.
1. Navigate to the Processr tab within your campaign template.
In the Processr jobs list table, the "State" column indicates the status of each Processr job. The possible states are as follows:
- Normal: Agency users can edit, manage, or remove the job.
- Locked: Agency users cannot edit, manage, or remove the job.
- Review: Agency users are required to review and acknowledge that this job has been checked.
- Reviewed: The Agency user has acknowledged the review of the job within the 'Configure' dialog.
2. Mark the Processr job for review by selecting the 'Review' option. Repeat this step for all jobs that you want Agency users to review campaigns are created from this template.
Please Note: The screenshots below show the views that an Agency user will see when accessing the Processr section of a campaign template with jobs marked for review. As the campaign is of a template type, Agency users will not have permission to manage any jobs or job groups within the Processr section (of template campaigns).
3. Create a campaign from the pre-configured Campaign Template by either duplicating or importing the template. Once the new campaign is created, the Processr job state cannot be altered within the new campaign.
The screenshot below illustrates the Admin or Super user view, showing a campaign created from a template. Guidance notes are accessible in the "View Information" notification badge in the top right corner, along with a red "Review Jobs" notification, indicating that there are jobs pending review.
How to Review a job (Agency User)
When a campaign is created from a campaign template, guidance notes are available in the top right corner within the "View Information" notification badge. Additionally, a red "Review Jobs" notification will appear, indicating that there are jobs pending review.
When a job is marked for "Review" by an Admin or Super user, the job's state will be shown as "Review." If there are any jobs pending review in the campaign, the "Review Jobs" notification will appear in the top right corner. This 'Review Jobs' notification will be hidden once all the jobs across all tabs have been reviewed.
On the Processr page, click the "Configure" button for a Processr job marked with a "Review" state. A red banner will appear, stating, "Your campaign Admin has flagged this job for review."
After reviewing the job configuration and marking it as reviewed (by clicking the box that states, "I acknowledge that I have reviewed this job"), click the Save button. This action will change the Processr job state to "Reviewed."
Once a Processr job is acknowledged as reviewed, its state will be updated to "Reviewed," as illustrated below.
