Fixes
New Processr page performance improvements
The statistics widget on the updated Processr page was creating performance issues when a large number of leads were part of the campaign. To improve page performance, the breakdown information for Processr has been relocated to the QA Analysis report page.
Duplicating campaigns endTs timezone issue
We have now fixed an issue with endTs when duplicating campaigns. Previously, when campaigns were duplicated, the endTs on the campaign were set with incorrect dates and time zones. We have now fixed this so that endTs of the duplicated campaign be on the campaign end date, with the correct timezone.
Report Builder - 'Custom Fields' not appearing in the reports
We have fixed an issue with Report Builder > Custom fields. Earlier custom fields and values added to the campaign type and lead type reports did not appear in the generated reports. Users will now be able to add custom columns with associated values, which will appear in the campaign reports and lead reports.

Fixes
Campaign > Reports > Prospect Report
We have now removed the ‘Prospect Report’ from under the Campaign Reports. Users will no longer be able to access this report.
Rage clicking on Report Builder creates multiple reports
Previously it was possible to click the Save button multiple times when creating/editing a report in Report Builder, creating multiple copies of the same report. We have now fixed this issue and Save button will be disabled once clicked, until the report is created/updated.
Report Builder scheduling issue
We have fixed an issue with the scheduling option in the Report Builder. Previously, schedule fields stayed mandatory even after a different Schedule cadence was chosen, making it impossible to build the report without restarting. This is now fixed such that the Next and Save buttons are enabled when all required fields are entered.

BriteVerify invalid API responses
We have noticed that leads were sporadically getting invalid API responses back from the BriteVerify live email validation. Manually reprocessing of the lead solved the problem but was time-consuming.
We have improved BriteVerify integration and will now automatically retry the check if BriteVerify fails to respond properly.
LinkedIn duplicate sponsored account names not pulling through
We had a problem reported by customers that whenever their LinkedIn user had access to multiple sponsored accounts with the same name, not all of these accounts were visible to the user on the Convertr platform after they connected to LinkedIn.
We fixed the problem and sponsored accounts with duplicate names are now properly visible to users. Besides, we add sponsored account IDs when we show them to simplify distinguishing them for users.
Address lookup not populating Address line 3 for UK
We had a problem with the address lookup not properly populating Address line 3 (addressLine3) for UK addresses. We have fixed the problem, and this field is now properly populated with city or town information.
WYSIWYG editor update
Your WYSIWYG editors has been updated with enhanced security features, requiring images to be uploaded rather than pasted. Pre-existing images that were copy-pasted (and not hosted/uploaded in Convertr) will remain intact in the editor as long as the content is not edited. However, if you edit the content, the new WYSIWYG editor will no longer support these images, and you may need to re-upload them.
Your WYSIWYG editors can be found in the following locations:
- Advertiser > View > Account - DEFAULT PUBLISHER TERMS
- Campaign > Publishers > Assign Publisher > Edit Terms
- Campaign > Publishers > Contract Terms - TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Campaign > Publishers > Email - EMAIL MESSAGE
- Campaign > Admin > Setup > Requirements - PUBLISHER NOTES
- Campaign > Creatives > Landing Pages > Edit > Design - CONTENT

Fixes
Business Insights data discrepancies between Admin and Agency users
We have fixed an issue in Business Insights where the numbers shown on the reports were different for admin users and agency users due to the campaign permissions not being updated correctly for agency users.
Trim lead export file name if campaign name is too long
We have fixed an issue where lead exports failed due to long campaign names. Previously, when lead export was performed on campaigns having long names (More than 200 characters), it would result in an error and the report was not generated. We have now made a change which results in the platform trimming the end of the file name if it exceeds 200 characters.
