Improved Handling of Extra Fields in Contact Status Imports (Call Centre Campaigns)
We’ve improved the Contact Status Import process for Call Centre campaigns.
If a row in the import file contains more than the expected three fields, the system will now:
Trim any additional fields
Process the row normally, as long as the required fields are present in the correct order
This enhancement makes Contact Status Imports more reliable and prevents valid entries from being skipped due to extra columns in the file.

This removes the need to navigate through different areas of the platform to locate connections — everything is now in one place.

What you can do now
- Browse all supported connections in one central hub.
- Use search and filters to quickly find the connectors you need.
- Explore recently added integrations.
- Request new integrations directly using Suggest New Connection.
To access Connections Hub click the Connections link in the main navigation of your Convertr account.
Connections Hub lays the foundation for expanded connectivity and new workflow support going forward — this is only the beginning.
