Improved Ordering of Failed Integration Jobs in Integration Insights
We’ve updated the way failed integration jobs are displayed in Integration Insights to make it easier to prioritise what needs attention first.
Jobs with AI-recommended fixes available will now appear at the top, sorted by number of impacted leads from highest to lowest
Jobs without recommended fixes will appear after those with recommendations, also sorted by impacted leads, from highest to lowest
This change ensures the most actionable and high-impact issues are surfaced first, helping you resolve integration failures more efficiently.

New 'List Not Found' Option in 'Integrate with Marketo'
A new setting called List Not Found has been added to the Integrate with Marketo job to improve handling of invalid Marketo List IDs. This enhancement is designed to prevent cases where leads are marked as delivered and billable in Convertr but do not actually appear in Marketo due to an invalid Marketo list ID.
This update is especially useful when using dynamic list resolution (via Lead List Param Name), where the Marketo List ID is only known at send time.
Default behaviour stays the same - List Not Found will be set to Pass, by default. Integrate with Marketo jobs will still pass even if the resolved Marketo List ID is incorrect.
If 'List Not Found' is set to Fail, the job will fail and the lead will not be marked as delivered when the Marketo List ID is invalid.
No action required unless you want the job to fail when the Marketo list is not found.

Fixes
Campaign Audit Logs now correctly display only the fields that were changed
We have fixed an issue where the Campaign Audit Logs were showing start/end date changes even when only the campaign category or subcategory was updated.
The audit log will now correctly reflect only the fields that were actually modified.
Improvements
Improved Email Validation for Batch Job Notifications
We have enhanced the validation on Notification Emails and BCC Emails fields in Batch Integrations.
In addition to checking that the email format is correct, the platform will now verify that the email address itself is valid before you can save changes to the job.
✅ Helps prevent Batch jobs from failing due to invalid email addresses
✅ Applies only when the job is updated — existing jobs are not affected
✅ Improves reliability of notification delivery

Copying Campaign Tracking Events via Campaign Duplication API
You can now copy campaign tracking events when duplicating a campaign using the Campaign Duplication API by including the includeCampaignEvents parameter.
This helps ensure your internal platforms receive lead processing status updates for automatically duplicated campaigns.
See the Campaign Duplication API reference for more details.

Marketo Integrations Updated Ahead of API Changes
On 31 January 2026, the Marketo Engage REST API will stop accepting access tokens passed through the access_token query parameter. We’ve updated our Marketo integrations to ensure they no longer rely on this method.
All dedicated Marketo integration jobs — as well as any custom Marketo setups using HTTP Integration — now follow the up-to-date Marketo API guidelines. No customer action is required, and no impact is expected.
You can read the official announcement on the Marketo Engage website.

Faster Report Search When Importing in Report Builder
We’ve improved the performance of the report search dropdown when importing a report in Report Builder.
The list of reports now loads much faster, making it easier and quicker to find and import an existing report configuration.
