Fixes
“Likely Characters in Name” Job Now Correctly Fails Validation When Unmapped
We fixed an issue with the “Likely Characters in Name” Processr job where it incorrectly displayed as Mapped even when no form field was assigned. This caused the job to pass validation and process leads when it should have failed. With this update, the job will now correctly display as Unmapped if no field is mapped, and validation will fail as expected, ensuring accurate processing and clearer UI feedback.

Introducing mandatory 'Type' field in Campaigns
We have now introduced a new mandatory field 'Type' in:
- Create Campaign
- Import Campaign
- Duplicate Campaign
- Campaign Settings
This ensures every campaign is classified consistently, making it easier to understand how campaigns are being used and for us to support new use cases in the future.
What is Changing
When you create, import, duplicate, or edit a campaign in the platform, you will now need to select a campaign type from a predefined dropdown list.
- Cleansing & Validation (CRM cleanup, enrichment, dedupe, compliance, hygiene projects)
- Content Syndication (BANT, ABM, double touch, lead gen campaigns via syndication partners)
- Events & Field Marketing (Sponsored Webinars, Virtual Events, Trade Shows, Conferences, Owned Webinars/Events)
- Email & Direct Outreach (Drip nurture, win-back, newsletters, direct mail/email drops, telemarketing/BDR)
- Paid Media (Search, Display, Programmatic) (Paid Search, Programmatic Display, Affiliate Networks, 3rd-Party Publishers)
- Partner & Ecosystem (Tech/ISV partners like Azure & Salesforce AppExchange, co-marketing campaigns, marketplace listings like G2/AWS, resellers & VARs)
- Owned / First-Party Data (Product usage data, customer/user lists, subscriber lists, trial users/freemium, surveys/feedback, onboarding/support interactions)
- Social & Community (incl. Paid Social) (LinkedIn/Facebook/X paid lead gen forms, organic social, referral programs, podcasts, community groups, Slack/forums)
- Other (Use if campaign doesn’t fit into above categories)
Campaign Settings
Duplicate and Import
If your team uses the API to create or update campaigns (via
/api/v4/campaigns), thecampaignTypefield will also be required in those requests.
Why We Made This Change
Standardising campaign types will:
Give clearer insights into how campaigns are being run today.
Ensure more accurate data across the platform.
This update does not affect how you send leads to external platforms; it is only relevant for campaign creation and updates.

Introducing 'View Job' button in AI Integration Insights recommendations
We have made it easier to act on AI recommendations for failed integrations. A new “View Job” button is now available in the 'Recommended Fixes' modal for each failed integration.
Clicking this button opens the job in a new tab allowing you to go straight to the job configuration and apply the suggested fixes. This saves time and ensures you can resolve integration issues more efficiently.

New Feature
ZoomInfo Contact Enrichment (Beta)
ZoomInfo provides rich contact data including email, phone number, job title, company size, industry, and more. You can use it to enrich your leads by filling gaps or adding extra information based on their email address. This helps improve lead quality, scoring, routing, and personalisation in your sales and marketing.
ZoomInfo Contact Enrichment is a new Processr job that automates the use of ZoomInfo data to make your leads more actionable. You can apply enriched data in validation and routing, integrate it into marketing platforms like Salesforce or Marketo, or include it in CSV exports.
Read the documentation to learn how to configure it in your campaign.
Please note: This feature is currently in beta. Please contact our support team to enable it in your platform.

Refined Processr Enrichment Tab
In preparation for the upcoming launch of Universal Enrichment and ZoomInfo Contact Enrichment, we’ve reorganized the Processr tabs:
- All jobs from the Enrichment tab have been moved to the Misc tab.
- The Initial Enrichment tab has been renamed to Enrichment.
If you previously had access to the Initial Enrichment tab, you’ll now see it as Enrichment starting today. If you didn’t have access before, you’ll get it soon as part of the updated Enrichment tab launch.
