Introduction
Updating a lead status or 'flagging a lead' is the process of changing a lead(s) status to perform different actions based on that status. These statuses are:
- Mark as Valid
- Mark as Invalid
- Mark as Test
- Mark as Undelivered
- Mark as Delivered
- Reprocess Leads
- Delete Leads
Setup Process
Navigate to Leads or Campaign > Leads. Select the leads(s) that you want to manage.
Click 'Flag/Manage' to view the selected lead(s). Additional leads can be manually added or pasted within this input. ID's can also be imported by clicking the import button on the right of the input.
On the next step, select the desired action.
Mark As Valid
Select your reason, as choose to route the leads through any integrations.
Please note: the leads will not integrate unless the tickbox under Integrations is selected.
Mark As Invalid
Select your reason. Your lead will become invalid in the platform.
Mark As Test
Select the reason. Your lead will then have the status of Test in the platform.
Mark As Undelivered
Check the consent box. Lead(s) will then have the delivery status of 'Not Delivered'.
Please note: Mark As Undelivered does not remove the lead from the CRM that the lead has been delivered to. This would need to be updated on the client's side.
Mark As Delivered
Check the consent box. Lead(s) will then have the Delivery status of 0/0 to indicate that these leads have not been sent through any integrations.
Reprocess Leads
Check the consent box. Lead(s) will then be reprocessed in the background.
Delete Leads
Chec the consent box. Lead(s) will then be deleted.
Please note: If leads are deleted, they cannot be restored in the platform.
