Introduction
A Publisher User who has access to the Convertr platform has many actions they can perform within their instance. One of these actions is to view the specific Jobs (also known as rules or filters) on a campaign that the client has set.
Your client may add a variety of Jobs to a campaign including Simple Conditional Jobs and Validation List Jobs. Both of these jobs are used to ensure a value on a lead matches a value on these lists, this can then either pass or fail the lead depending on the exact functionality of the job.
These rules can then be used within what is known as Processr Job Groups. Job Groups allow the campaign to split up jobs so that only specific leads are run against them.
For example, a campaign is running in the US and we have a field called State. However, only leads from California, Texas and New York need to have an additional Zip Code validation done on the leads. Processr Job Groups allows only leads that come in in these States to be validated against these Zip Codes.
From a Publisher access perspective, it is important that you can see which rules are within these groups and what value are expected. The Job Information tab within the Campaign Information Modal shows you this information. This article will take you through how to read and understand this information.
How to access the Job Breakdown
1. Once you have logged into the platform navigate to the Actions Column and select the icon. This is the Campaign Information Modal
2. Once selected the Job Breakdown modal will appear.
This modal contains all the details needed to ensure the leads pass the jobs.
1. Job Type. This column indicates whether the rule is part of a Job Group or is a singular Independent job. If job is part of a Job Group, it will say 'Group' and then specify the Group Name.
2. Field Name. This column indicates which field on the form this rule applies to.
3. Criteria. The criteria shows the operator of the rule, for example this means that the lead must either match exactly (Equal), partially match (contain) etc the Job Values.
4. Condition. This will either be Pass or Fail. This shows the outcome of the lead depending on this value, for example if it is set to Pass, the lead will pass if the value submitted matches the list, if set to Fail, then the lead will fail if the lead matches the value.
5. Condition Values. This column indicates the value that is used to run that specific job if it is present on the lead. For example US, as a Condition Value of US, if the lead contains this value, that specific job will run against this lead.
6. Job Values. This column lists the accepted values for that rule, these can also be downloaded using the 'Download' button in the subsequent list.
