Prerequisites
Uploading leads as a Publisher user requires the below:
- You have a user and login for your platform to upload leads to.
- Your lead data is populated in a .CSV format
- The .CSV file matches the platform supplied template (see steps below)
Setup
Navigate to your platform, e.g. [enterprise].cvtr.io and login. Then find the 'Publisher' you want to upload for and click the 'View' button.
Find the campaign that should recieve the leads, and click the 'Import Leads' button.
Select the correct campaign form. This form will provide the fields that your data within the CSV file will map to. The template CSV file can be downloaded to ensure your own file matches this format. Alternatively, use this template and populate it with your lead data from your own file.
On the 'Mapping' step, ensure that the fields are mapped correctly to the fields from the form selected on the first step. Once this step is complete, move to the next step.
Check your leads are going to map correctly within the 'Preview' step, then click the 'Save' button to start your lead import.
