Overview
If both you and your client are users of the Convertr platform, the Convertr Connect Integration, Simple Conditional job and Validation List job strengthen the connection between the platforms.
In order to configure these connections in your platform, you will need to retrieve your API Key from the campaign in the receiving platform. The Publisher ID and Campaign ID will also be required for the Integration confirmation.
Prerequisites
- You must have the subdomain of your client's instance (e.g if the client's Convertr url is {enterprise}.cvtr.io, then their subdomain is {enterprise})
- You will need publisher level access to your client's platform.
Retrieving Your API Key and Configuration Details
- Log into your client's platform using your Publisher User credentials.
- Select 'Tracking' from the action buttons on the right of the appropriate campaign.
- This will open the Tracking Information module. Select the API Credentials tab.
- Within this screen, retrieve your API Key, Publisher ID and Campaign ID. You will need to enter these details when you configure the Convertr Connect integration or processr jobs in your platform campaign.
If you are configuring a Convertr Connect processr job (Simple Conditional or Validation List), you will only need the API key.
If you are configuring the Convertr Connect integration, you will need the API Key, Campaign ID and Publisher ID.
