Overview
The Asset QA feature enables Asset Manager users to manage and communicate about campaign asset links efficiently.
What You Can Do in Asset QA
As an Asset Manager, you can:
- View a list of all assets uploaded against a campaign or CPB ID (Campaign Publisher Band ID)
- Preview asset links
- Communicate with publishers and stakeholders at both asset and campaign levels
- Upload, edit, or delete asset links
- Export asset links
Configuration
Please note: Asset Managers must be granted access to the relevant Advertisers to perform Asset QA on associated campaigns.
Asset QA
Upon login, the Asset Manager User will see a new menu item on the left side menu, called 'Asset QA'
Clicking the 'Asset QA' option takes the user to the Asset QA Listing page shown below.
Viewing Assets
Assets can be uploaded against a CPB ID. To view them:
- Navigate to the Asset QA section
- Select either the Campaign or the CPB ID
- Click the View button
If no assets are uploaded for the selected CPB ID(s), you’ll see the below screen.
If there are assets available for at least one of the CPB IDs, they will be displayed in a a table format as shown below.
The user may filter for a particular CPB ID to view the assets for only that campaign publisher band, as shown below.
Filtering Assets
Use filters to narrow down results by Status (e.g. Pending, Approved, Rejected).
Managing Assets
Each asset has three action icons:
Edit | View | Asset-Level Messaging |

Allows the user to update the asset URL. |
Opens a preview of the asset in a new tab. |
Start a conversation with Publishers and other users who have access to the asset. |
As an Asset Manager, you can easily communicate with publishers and other users who have access to a specific asset:
- Click the Message icon next to the asset to open a dedicated message thread.
- Use this space to ask questions, provide feedback, or share important updates related to the asset.
Additionally, you can update the asset’s status directly within the message thread after completing your review.

CPB ID Level Messaging
As an Asset Manager, you can communicate with publishers about all assets associated with a specific CPB ID:
- Click the Message icon next to the CPB ID to open a conversation thread.
- A message panel will appear on the right-hand side of the screen.
- Enter your message in the provided text box and click Send.
This will trigger an email notification to be sent to the users associated with the Campaign.
