User Types Follow

Introduction

The Convertr platform allows for a variety of different levels of access to the platform, known as User Types. These different levels allow all stakeholders to access the platform whilst controlling access and visibility into relevant areas, allowing data masking and ensuring compliance where applicable.

A quick overview of the types of users are as follows:

  • Admin
    • The Admin user is able to see and manage all campaigns within the platform, and has access to specific platform-wide settings, such as currency
  • Super User
    • The Super user is able to see and manage all campaigns within the platform, but without  access to specific platform-wide settings, such as the enterprise section and system categories
  • Agency
    • The Agency User is assigned to specific Advertisers. They will only be able to see and manage the client-specific campaigns
  • Advertiser
    • The Advertiser User is assigned only to campaigns under their Advertiser. Access to campaign setup is restricted and data can be masked.
  • Advertiser Report User
    • The Advertiser Report User has the same access as the Advertiser User, however they are able to access fewer reporting tools.
  • Publisher
    • The Publisher User is assigned to a specific Publisher account on the platform. They can then view these campaigns, upload and manage lead delivery and reporting.
  • Report User
    • The Report User is able to see assigned campaigns and can access more advanced reporting capabilities
  • Call Centre Operative
    • The Call Center Operative User is assigned to specific campaigns and can action leads as required
  • Asset Manager
    • The Asset Manager has access to assets across all campaigns and is authorised to perform Asset QA on any campaign.

Who should have these User Types?

  • Admin
    • Admin Users should be Campaign Managers who look after or have access to all clients. These individuals will be managing and creating campaigns, adding and removing Publishers, etc.
  • Super
    • Admin Users should be Campaign Managers who look after or have access to all clients. These individuals will be managing and creating campaigns, adding and removing Publishers, etc.
  • Agency
    • Agency Users should be Campaign Managers who look after specific clients or regions. They will also be managing and creating campaigns, adding and removing publishers, etc.
  • Advertiser
    • Advertisers are the clients you are delivering for. They have a interest in seeing how the campaign is performing but are not able to access reports and invalid leads.
  • Advertiser Report User
    • Advertiser Report Users are clients you are delivering for BUT who also need to pull reports from the platform.
  • Publisher
    • Publisher Users are anyone who is delivering to the platform, no matter the method.
  • Report User
    • Report Users need to access the platform but only for reporting. They do not need to create or manage campaigns, but have full access to see the data.
  • Call Centre Operative
    • Call Centre Operatives will be the individuals who are calling each lead for you.
  • Asset Manager
    • Asset Managers are users who only require access to campaign assets and Asset QA, with no need for access to other areas of the platform.
