Setup Process
1. Once you have logged onto the platform, select Users.
2. Click the Add New User button.
3. Enter the username, first name and last name of your user.
4. Enter a password and confirm the password. We recommend using a password generator to ensure the password is secure.
Enter the user's email address and telephone number.
5. Select the Advertiser type. Keep the Send Mail option as Send Email rather than Active, so that an activation email is sent to the user.
6. Check all details are correct and select Save.
7. On the next page, you can assign this user to one of the advertisers set up on the platform.
- Click Grant Access next to the advertiser you want the user to be able to see.
8. Click Yes.
9. This will connect the user account to an advertiser, and they will be able to see all campaigns associated with the advertiser.
