Setup Process
Note:
- Only Admin Users can create Super Users
- Only Admin Users can edit Super Users
- Super Users will have access to Business Insights
1. Once you have logged onto the platform, select Users from the left-hand menu.
2. Click the Add New User button.
3. Enter the username, first name and last name of your user.
4. Enter a password and confirm the password. We recommend using a password generator to ensure the password is secure.
Enter the user's email address and telephone number.
5. Select the Super User type.
6. Check all details are correct and select Save.
Once created if send email was enabled the user will receive an email like this:
