Overview

This job runs to invalidate any leads that have a telephone number listed within the suppression list that has been added to the campaign.

Configuration

1. Navigate to the Leads tab and click on Suppression List.

2. Navigate to the Telephone Suppression List tab, then click import and import a Suppression list using the CSV template provided by the platform.

3. Now that your list has been added, we need to assign the Suppressed Telephone Check Job to your campaign. This ensures that if a lead fails this job then the lead will flag as invalid.

a. Navigate to the Processr and click Add. Within the dropdown select 'Suppressed Telephone Check' or start typing to find the job.

b If you are editing an existing 'Suppressed Telephone Check' click Configure beside the job in the Processr.

4. This job does not require any configuration, however click Next to confirm the Mapping is correct.

5. Within the Mapping tab, ensure that the 'Telephone' input mapping field references the field you wish this to look at. The platform will auto-populate this if possible, however, if this is blank you may need to use to dropdown to reference your Telephone field.

Use Case

If you possess a list of numbers you would like to suppress on a campaign, you can add this to the campaign. If a lead comes in with any of the numbers specified, it will be invalidated.
