Required Fields - Multiple Follow

Overview

This job runs to find out if there are three or more empty fields on the lead data specified within the job.

 

Configuration

1. Navigate to the Processr and click Add. Within the dropdown search or select 'Required Fields - Multiple' job.

2. Add the fields that you would like the job to include in the configuration. To the unique number auto-added on the left-hand side, input the field name on the right-hand side. Click Add to add more field value check.

Within the Max Fields section, you can enter the number of fields that need to be empty in order to flag the lead as invalid.

 

3. Click Save.

 

Use Case

The Required Fields - Multiple job is often used when there is a minimum amount of data required for each lead. This ensures that the lead is rich enough to be passed on to the client.
