Overview
This Processr job allows you to flag a lead as invalid if the lead data contains more than three non-standard characters, such as ^ ,$ ,% ,! ,} ,{ ,* ,# ,? ,> ,< ,> ,= ,+ , _, \\, /. With this job, you can configure certain fields to be excluded that would otherwise flag, such as a date field with dashes or slashes in the date format.
Configuration
1. a. Navigate to the Processr and click Add. Select Non Standard Character Check from the dropdown or start typing to find the job.
1. b If you are editing an existing Non Standard Character Check, click Configure beside the job in the Processr.
2. The Excluded Fields section allows you to exclude certain fields from this job so they are not checked. You may add additional fields to exclude by clicking Add, entering a unique number, then using the dropdown to select your field.
3. The Values section allows you to add additional characters to the list to flag if they are in a lead. Within this section, you can also remove characters that you may want to accept in fields. Click Add, enter a unique number, and enter the character into the corresponding textbox.
4. Once complete, click Save.
