Overview

This check will flag any leads which contain known profanities, as per our database. The configuration allows for certain fieldnames to be ignored, as well as for certain words to be allowed.

This job is most useful when collecting lead data with live forms in the B2C environment. B2B lead data collected is usually unlikely to include profanities.

Configuration

1. Navigate to the Processr tab within the campaign and click Add Job to add the Profanity Check.

2. Click Configure beside the Profanity Check to adjust the settings.

  • If there are any fieldnames that you wish to be excluded from the job, add them into the exclusions section of the configuration. In this example, fields such as dealerName will not have the Profanity Check applied to them.

  • If there are any specific words that may flag BUT are allowed, add them to the allowed_words section of the configuration. In this example, the word 'Analyst' will be accepted in the campaign, as it is one of the accepted job title values on the campaign.
