Overview
The Duplicate Telephone Number Check scans leads in a campaign to determine if there are any duplicate telephone numbers. After a number has been found once within a campaign, any subsequent leads will be invalidated.
NB: Only billable leads and leads with the status On Hold - Pending Batch will be checked.
Configuration
1. a. Navigate to the Processr and click Add. Within the dropdown select Duplicate Telephone Number Check or start typing to find the job.
1. b If you are editing an existing Duplicate Telephone Number Check, click Configure beside the job within the Processr tab.
2. There are no settings to configure for this job so you will see this message appear:
3. Within the Mapping Tab you need to ensure that your required field is selected under the 'Telephone' Input Mapping Field header, which may be auto-populated. The Composite Input Selector can be used to check a similar field if required.
Please note: If the Composite Input Selector field is populated, the job will run against this field only. If it is not populated the job will run against the Telephone Input Mapping Field.
4. Click Save.
