Multiple Short Values Check Follow

Overview

This job runs to find out if the lead has multiple fields with data which is shorter than four characters, across all of the lead data

 

Configuration

  • allowedValues: Enter the short values that will be allowed to pass.
  • allowedFields: Enter and map the fields that will be excluded from the Multiple Short Values Check.
  • minLength: Enter the minimum length a value can be before it is deemed short.
  • allowedShortFieldsCount: Enter the amount of fields that are permitted to have short values.

Use Case

The Multiple Short Values Check can be used when trying to ensure more rich data in your leads. For instance, short values such as yes or no can be excluded from custom questions/answers.
