First and Last Name Check Follow

Overview

The First and Last Name job runs to find out if the first and last names match. If they do match, the lead will be invalidated.

 

Configuration

1. a. Navigate to the Processr and click Add. Select First and Last Name Check from the dropdown or start typing to find the job.

1. b.  If you are editing an existing First and Last Name Check, click Configure beside the job in the Processr.

This job does not require any configuration, therefore there are no other additional steps.

 

Use Case

If the first and last names of a lead match, there is a chance that the lead contains inaccurate or fake details. The First and Last Name Check ensures that a lead with matching first and last name values does not pass through to the client, in case it is in fact an invalid lead.
