This job runs to find out if the first and last name match. If they do match, the lead will be invalidated.

Use Case
If the first and last names of a lead match, there is a chance that the lead contains inaccurate or fake details. The First and Last Name Check ensures that a lead with matching first and last name values does not pass through to the client, in case it is in fact an invalid lead.
