Overview
The job runs to find out if the email address submitted on a lead is unique to this campaign. If the same email address is found within the campaign, the second and subsequent leads will be flagged as invalid.
Configuration
1. a. Navigate to the Processr and click Add. Within the dropdown select Duplicate Email Check or start typing to find the job.
1. b. If you are editing an existing Duplicate Email Check job, click Configure beside the job in the Processr.
2. Under Duplicate Status, select the lead status level that this job should look at:
- Billable - This will only flag leads as invalid if a duplicate email is found on a lead that has been successfully delivered to the endpoint.
- Valid - This will only flag leads as invalid if a duplicate email is found on a lead that has been marked as valid and may or may not have been sent to the endpoint
- All - This will flag the lead if a duplicate email is found on any other lead in the campaign, no matter its status (valid, invalid, or billable)
3. The Mapping tab ensures that the job is looking at the correct field on your form. This will auto-populate where possible, however if there is no field populated or it is the wrong fieldname, use the dropdown to select the correct one and click Save.
