AI-Powered Integration Health Widget for Marketo Integrations
We have launched a new AI-Powered Integration Insights widget on the Campaign Leads page to to help you identify and troubleshoot integration issues — starting with Marketo.
What you'll see at a glance
- The total number of leads that failed to deliver
- How many integrations are impacted
Click View Failed Integrations and Leads button to access:
A list of failed integration jobs and their exact error responses.
A breakdown of how many leads were impacted by each failed job.
The ability to view and download affected leads.
AI-powered 'Recommended Fixes'
To help you resolve issues quickly, each failed integration includes an AI-powered "Recommended Fixes" dialog (see screenshot below) with:
An Explanation section that clearly interprets the raw error response.
A Likely Cause section that identifies common reasons for failure (e.g., incorrect field mapping or malformed data).
A Recommended Steps to Resolve section that provides actionable guidance on how to fix the issue — including checks for data formatting, mappings, and transformation logic.
There is also a Copy button within the dialog, allowing you to quickly copy the entire content of the fix recommendation — perfect for sharing with your team or support if needed.

Improvements
Enhanced Email Safety and Protection
We have strengthened our email communications for account creation and password resets to prevent malicious HTML injection. We have made improved email safety by ensuring user inputs are sanitised and encoded before being included in email communications. This prevents malicious HTML code from being rendered in emails. We have also added restrictions on usernames to only allow alphanumeric characters and select special characters (hyphen and underscore), helping to keep communications secure.
Fixes
Publisher Contract Edit Allows Null- causing incorrect campaign behaviour
Previously the 'Allocation' within publisher contracts could be updated to a null number of leads, leading to incorrect lead allocation in campaigns. We have now resolved this so that, if the Allocation is removed, the system defaults the value to 0, ensuring that a valid lead count is passed when updating publisher contracts.
Campaign Information Modal – Jobs now load correctly for Publishers
We have resolved an issue that prevented validation jobs from loading correctly in the Campaign Information modal for publishers. The problem, caused by latency, meant jobs sometimes failed to appear or displayed incorrectly. Publishers will now see the correct jobs and will be able to download validation lists associated with them.
