Fixes & Improvements
Report Builder Conditions : Support for 'In' Operator
We have now introduced the 'In' operator in Report Builder when setting up report conditions. This allows you to enter a list of values for a field in one rule (e.g., multiple campaign IDs, multiple lead IDs, multiple Advertiser names, etc.), reducing the need to add multiple conditions for the same field and making reports easier to manage.
Example, previously multiple conditions were required to generate a report for multiple campaign IDs, as shown below:
This can now be done using a single condition as shown below:
The 'In' operator may also be used with non ID fields such as Advertiser name, as shown below.
Report Builder Conditions: Integer Input Validation
We have improved data accuracy in Report Builder by adding input validation to the Conditions section in campaign and lead reports. Fields that require numeric values (such as campaign ID, advertiser ID, etc.) will now only accept integers, helping to prevent errors and ensure reliable filtering. User will be shown a validation message as below when they try to enter a character where a numeric value is expected.
Optimised Contact Status Import for Large Files
We have optimised the performance of the Contact Status Import feature (available on campaigns that have call centre functionality enabled), to better support large file uploads. Users can now expect faster processing times and a smoother, more stable import experience, even when working with high-volume data.
Password Masking for Adestra Lookup Field Settings
As part of our ongoing platform security improvements, passwords in the Adestra lookup field settings within forms are now masked by default. Users can click the eye icon to reveal the password, consistent with the behaviour in other areas of the platform.
This aligns with how we handle sensitive information in other areas of the platform, ensuring better data protection.
Fix: Billable Lead Count Mismatch in Widgets for Agency Users
We have resolved a discrepancy affecting Agency users where billable lead counts were inconsistent between the Lead Totals and Fulfilment Breakdown widgets. Both widgets now show matching figures, ensuring all users have access to accurate reporting.
Sunsetting Whitepaper Reporting
We have sunset the Whitepaper Reporting feature. You can now access the same insights (except for Referer and Content Blocks) through the more powerful and flexible Report Builder.
Below screenshot shows the equivalent report generated by Report Builder.

Exclude from AI Insights– Improved description
We have updated the description of the 'Exclude from AI Insights' toggles and the associated tooltip. to make their behaviour clearer. These improvements help you better understand how the setting influences the AI Fulfilment Risk model and when to use it.
