Fixes & Improvements
UI fixes for Improved Clarity and Consistency
We’ve implemented visual fixes in the UI to enhance clarity and consistency, improving the overall user experience. These updates aim to make interactions more intuitive and visually aligned across the platform.
Dynamic Visibility for “Zip Password” in Batch CSV Processr job Configuration
We’ve updated the Batch CSV Processr configuration UI to enhance usability. The “Zip Password” field will now only appear when “Yes” is selected in the “Send Zip” dropdown, keeping the interface cleaner and more focused. The field’s visibility updates dynamically based on your selection—no page reload required—making the setup process smoother and more intuitive.
Bug Fixes for Translated Forms and Locale Handling
We’ve fixed two bugs affecting translated forms. First, when using “Save as New,” translated forms now carry over properly, eliminating the need to manually rebuild them. Second, form URLs now correctly populate the appropriate locale when translated forms are assigned to campaigns, resolving a common point of confusion and ensuring a smoother experience.

Fixes
Agency User unable to search for Campaign on Business Insights
We fixed an issue where some Agency users were unable to view certain campaigns in Business Insights. This was due to a limitation in how campaign access permissions are stored for each user.
To address this, we have updated the logic so that the most recent campaigns are prioritised for visibility. This ensures Agency users can access the latest and most relevant campaign data, even as the total number of campaigns grows.
Masked Agency User unable to view non PII information
We fixed an issue affecting masked agency users in Report Builder, where certain non-PII fields such as publisherPayout, publisherContractPayout were incorrectly masked and therefore not visible in the reports. This has now been resolved, and these fields are correctly available to masked agency users.

- Makes it easier to detect if a publisher is contributing to broader fulfilment challenges
👥 Who’s It For?

Fix and Improvement
Fulfilment Risk widget
We have made two updates to enhance the experience of reviewing and exporting risk data in the Fulfilment Risk widget:
Improved Export Accuracy
When downloading the table contents from 'View Campaigns' or 'View Publisher' options within Fulfilment Risk, exported data now includes both the risk score and its associated status label (e.g., '3 Medium'). Previously, only the numeric value was shown.
UI Enhancements
We have also made some changes to spacing in the 'View Campaigns' and 'View Publisher' dialogs associated with Fulfilment Risk.

Publisher Band Name and ID in Lead Tables and Exports
🔍 What’s New:
- Publisher Bands will be selectable as a custom column when configuring your lead table views.
- The same data is also available in lead exports, making it easier to analyse and report on lead quality by publisher segment.
👥 Who’s It For?
- Admins, Super, Agency and Report Users
Why It Matters?
Previously, Publisher Band information was only visible via the individual Lead View or via the Report Builder. With this update, you can now:
- View pub band details at a glance directly from the lead tables.
- Export leads with pub band info for external analysis and reporting.

New Feature
Asset QA
This new feature enables users, particularly those in regulated or brand-sensitive industries, to efficiently manage the review and approval of landing page URLs submitted by third-party partners or suppliers, which can help ensure brand compliance from a centralised management area for externally produced campaign assets.
Partners can upload URLs via their Publisher portal/login, centralising workflows for Admins and Asset QA users to review URL submissions, communicate feedback and changes with contributors, update approval statuses and report on user access dashboards to track URL submissions and QA requirements.
🔍 What’s New:
- Asset QA enables third-party partners to submit landing page URLs directly via the Publisher Portal. Users can manage approvals, leave feedback, track status, and report on submissions in one centralised platform.
👥 Who’s It For?
- Admin, Super, Agency, Asset Manager and Publisher Users
🎯 Why It Matters:
Campaign assets often come from multiple external sources, creating a fragmented review process and compliance risks.
Asset QA helps you:
- Centralise campaign asset submissions
- Configure brand, legal, or internal review workflows
- Collaborate with submitters via in-platform feedback and notifications
- View real-time approval status (under review, approved, rejected, etc.)
- Track partner performance and identify delays or issues across submissions
