Enhanced Error Handling for Lead Flagging

We have enhanced error handling for flagging unprocessed leads. Previously, this action could cause leads to have multiple initial statuses, resulting in errors. To address this, additional validation has been implemented to prevent unprocessed leads or those marked with the 'Sent to Processr' or 'Processing' statuses from being flagged as valid/invalid/test leads.

New and Improved

New field in API endpoint: Publisher band information added to the Leads endpoint

We are excited to announce the addition of a new property to the leads endpoint: 'campaignPublisherBand'. API users will be now be able to report on the publisher band associated with each lead, using this new property.

If a lead is associated with a publisher band, 'campaignPublisherBand' will display as shown in the image below.

  • '@id' mentioned in '/api/v4/campaign-payout-bands' is the id of the campaign level publisher band the lead belongs to, in the given example, this is 27.
  • 'bandName' shows the name of the publisher band to which the lead belongs. In the example given, the name of the publisher band is 'Spain'.
  • 'fieldName' shows the name of the field that the publisher band is based of. The field is 'country' in the given example.
  • 'value' shows the actual value of the publisher band. In the example, the value of the publisher band is 'ES'

If a lead is not associated with a publisher band, the field 'campaignPayoutBand' will be 'null' as shown below.

Fix for “Open Link in a New Tab” Issue

We have resolved an issue that prevented page tabs from being opened in a new browser tab. This functionality has now been restored, allowing users to easily open Convertr pages in a new browser tab without any problems.

First Integration Date reset when the lead is "Redelivered"

We have resolved an issue in which the First Integration Date was incorrectly updated when the lead was "redelivered." Now, when the lead is redelivered, the First Integration Date will remain static.

Convertr has a fresh new look!

We have given your platform a modern makeover with a cleaner interface.

Here is a list of what has changed:

  • The header bar is now white (instead of red)
  • The red colour in the left navigation is brighter (also applies to sub-navigation)
  • The blue colour for hyperlinks and active states is brighter
  • Font weights have been increased on buttons, etc for better legibility
  • Font styling has changed on input labels from UPPERCASE to Title Case
  • Colours have been adjusted throughout for improved contrast e.g. on lozenges
  • Corners have been rounded for a softer, more friendly feel
