Pause/Resume Campaigns: New 'Reason' field when pausing/resume campaigns
We are excited to announce the introduction of a 'Reason' field in the Pause Campaign and Resume Campaign modals. Admins, super users and agency users will now be able to enter a reason in the 'Pause Campaign' modal when pausing campaigns. This will enable other users, with access to the campaign, to see why the campaign is paused.
The reason may be edited or removed using the 'Reason' field available in the 'Resume Campaign' modal.

Review Jobs: Badge in header pointer update
The Review Jobs indicator in the top right corner of a campaign previously displayed a clickable hand pointer, which caused confusion by suggesting it was interactive. We have now updated the pointer to a non-clickable style to clarify that it is not an interactive element.
Optimized campaign API endpoint
We have optimized the campaign API endpoint to reduce the number of calls needed to retrieve Processr job state statuses, resulting in faster response times for campaign pages.

Campaign Reports: Incorrect number in 'Publisher Over delivery' column
The 'Publisher Overdelivery' column in campaign reports previously displayed an incorrect count of leads marked as overdelivered by publishers. This issue has now been resolved, ensuring that the numbers in the report accurately reflect the leads currently in 'On Hold - Publisher Over Delivery' status for new campaigns.

Lead Data View: Publisher Band information
We have introduced a new section called 'Publisher Band' within the lead view for campaigns with configured publisher bands. With this update, admins, super users, advertisers and agency users can now view the publisher band associated with each lead.
E.g. The below image shows the publisher band details of a lead that belongs to the band 'ES' configured for the field 'country'.
E.g. The below image shows the publisher band details as 'Default' for a lead that does not belong to any of the publisher bands configured on the campaign.

Template Identifier for Advertiser Users
We’ve introduced a Template Identifier for campaigns marked as templates, specifically for Advertiser users. This feature allows them to recognize Campaign Templates on the Dashboard easily and within individual campaigns. It also provides visibility into any associated guidance notes.
Improved User Experience in Processr Jobs
We’ve enhanced the user interface in Processr jobs to provide a smoother scroll that directs focus to validation errors. Additionally, we’ve improved the optional choice components and search functionality within the Processr jobs section.
Fixes
Processr Mappings Fields
We have resolved an issue with the Constraints Check job where only the first 25 form fields were displayed in the Mappings section. This issue is now fixed and all form fields are available for mapping selection.

New and Improved
We have introduced the 'Integrations' toggle in the 'Pause Campaign' and 'Resume Campaign' modals. This feature allows Admins, Super Users, and Agency users with access to a campaign to manage integrations more effectively.
Disabling the toggle will immediately stop integrations, regardless of the configured pause date.
Keeping the toggle enabled will allow leads to continue being delivered to integrations.

Reporting : 'OriginalStatus' to store original status of lead
We have updated the way lead status is reported via Lead Export and Report Builder.
A new field, 'QA Result’, will now display the current status of the lead in both Lead Reports and Lead Exports.
Additionally the field 'Original Status’ will reflect the initial/original status of the lead, regardless of reprocessing, for new leads. For existing leads, the field will continue to display the current status of the lead.
To summarise,
- For new leads: 'Original status' will report on the initial/original lead status irrespective of reprocessing and 'QA Result' will report on the current status of the lead
- For existing leads: Both 'Original Status' and 'QA Result' will report on the current status of the lead
Example: The below image shows a report generated for existing and new (highlighted) leads. For existing leads, the columns 'originalStatus' and 'QA Result' both show the current status of the leads after reprocessing.
For new leads, the column 'originalStatus' retains the initial status of the leads prior to them being reprocessed and 'QA Result' shows the current status after reprocessing.
