Releasing the Publisher Media Kit Follow

Overview

This document will take you through how to release the Media Kit to a publisher.

Setup Process

Only when the publisher contract has been signed will the media kit be released to the publisher.

1. Once you have assigned a publisher to a campaign, only these three symbols will appear next to their name. This indicates that the publisher has not signed their contract.

2. The publisher will receive a contract as an email, and must select Start Campaign and sign the contract.

3. Once the contract has been signed, more contract options will appear next to the publisher’s name. They will then receive their Media Kit.

Whitepaper Assets

Publisher users can download any whitepaper file that has been assigned to the campaign through the media kit. Any whitepaper assets that are included in the media kit email as links will have an expiration timeframe of 48 hours.
