Job Description
When a lead enters the Convertr Platform, our validation and verification jobs are run against the lead. The lead is then marked as valid or invalid based on these checks and sent through to the endpoint(s). The Flag Leads as Invalid job will then secondary mark the lead as Invalid but the leads will still be sent to the endpoint(s). The lead will then remain invalid until it is validated by a user. Only once the lead has been validated will the lead become billable on the platform.
Job Setup
1. Select your campaign.
2. Select the Processr tab.
3. Select the Misc tab on this page.
4. Click Add Job.
5. On the popup window, choose ‘Flag lead as invalid’ from the drop down menu and click Save.
6. The configuration window will open. Within the settings you can update the Reason and User as required and click Save.
- The Reason field tells you the reason for the leads to be marked as invalid, and appears in the lead details.
- The User field is the user responsible for the lead being flagged as invalid, and appears in the lead details. We recommend this is left as default.
7. This job will now secondary flag all leads as invalid but still deliver them to the endpoint(s), e.g. Orchestrator and the Call Centre.
