Lead Types
Valid Lead
A valid lead is a lead that has passed successfully through the platform and has been delivered successfully to the Endpoint.
Caution Lead
A caution lead has been flagged by the platform as failing lower priority QA checks; these will need to be manually pushed through.
Invalid Lead
The lead has failed one or more QA checks and has not been passed to the Endpoint.
Delivered Lead
Delivered leads refer to the number of valid and test leads that have passed through the platform.
Billable Lead
Billable leads are the leads that have been successfully passed to the endpoint and consist of only the valid leads.
Test Lead
These leads have been used to check the functionality of the campaign and have been marked as Pending/Test.
QA Status Descriptions
When a lead has successfully passed all of the Convertr platform checks and has been integrated with the Endpoint such as Eloqua, Salesforce, and Batch CSV.
A lead has been received but has been flagged by the platform, due to one or multiple validation fails; it will not be passed to the endpoint until verified manually. See figure 1.
A lead has been received but has either not been integrated with the Endpoint or has been failed a QA check on the platform. See figure 1.
Lead has been marked for testing purposes, and will be passed to the endpoint.
Figure 1 – When a lead is marked as Caution or Invalid, the platform will provide reasons as to why it has been marked as such. A caution lead must be validated by a person in order for it to pass it onto the endpoint. An example is shown below:
Processr Status Descriptions
Leads will be processed in the background. Whilst they are being processed they will be in the Processr status of Sent to Processr.
Once fully processed, the Processr status will be set to Complete.
On Hold - No Job Assigned
This status appears if a lead enters a campaign that does not have any jobs in the Processr. You will need to add at least one job in order for the lead to be processed.
On Hold - Waiting for Connected Apps
This status appears if the lead has entered the platform via a Connected App, and additional information is needed.
On Hold - Campaign Using Scheduled Delivery
Campaigns can use real-time delivery, or deliver batches at set times. If Scheduled Delivery is enabled, this status will indicate that the lead has entered the platform before the delivery is scheduled to send.
On Hold - Publisher Over Delivery
If Caps on Bands is enabled, publishers are prevented from delivering any additional leads. This status will appear if the band that the lead falls into is complete.
These leads are on hold, pending value transforms.
On Hold - Awaiting Opt-in
If a lead requires confirmation of an opt-in, this status will appear until the lead has confirmed their interest.
Insufficient IO Allocation
When a campaign's budget has been met, this status will appear. The IO allocation will need to be increased and the lead reprocessed in order for it to pass through to the endpoint.
Insufficient Credits
This relates to clients who use credits for processing and reprocessing leads. If the contracted credits have been exceeded for the month, this status will appear on all leads. You will need to contact your CSM to arrange increasing your credits, and then reprocess any affected leads.
Fair Usage Exceeded
All clients have a fair usage policy, to ensure that our servers are not overloaded. If the fair usage arrangement is exceeded, all leads will be held in the platform and not processed. You will need to contact your CSM in order to arrange an update to the fair usage.
Awaiting Queue
If a batch of leads enters the platform, they will be held in a queue and processed one by one. The leads held in the queue will have the status of Awaiting Queue until they are processed.
