Introduction
White paper tagging is a way for you to group white papers using keywords, which you can then search to identify all whitepapers with that tag.
Setup
1. First, you will need to access the white paper you wish to tag. This can be found either at an enterprise level, by click System>White Papers, then navigating to the Assets section. Alternatively, the white papers can be found within a campaign, by navigating to Creatives>White Papers.
2. Click Edit beside the white paper that you want to tag.
3. Scroll down to the Tags section and click Add Tag. These tags will be used as keywords that will group all white papers with the same tags together.
NB: There is no limit on the number of tags that you can add.
4. Once you have added your tags, save these changes by selecting the Save button at the bottom of the page.
5. To use this on your white paper site, you will need to implement the 'Whitepaper by Tag' tag. This piece of script will allow for the white papers to be sorted by tag within your White Paper library, and you will be able to search for white papers through this tag.
You will be able to change how the white papers are grouped. You can either group this by:
a. Sub-category
b. Category
c. Leave empty
6. You can then search for your keyword to see which white papers are pulled across on your site. For example, if you searched for the keyword 'security', you will be provided with all of the white papers that have 'security' as a tag.
