Configuration
Convertr can support whitepapers, and there are two methods to upload a whitepaper:
1. Uploading to a campaign
2. Uploading to the platform
Method 1: Uploading to a Campaign
1. Within your campaign, click Creatives and select White Papers from the dropdown menu.
2. Click Upload.
3. Enter the Headline and Synopsis for your white paper.
4. Select Browse Files or drag and drop to upload the Whitepaper Logo, Whitepaper Thumbnail and Whitepaper Download.
5. Select a Publish Date and choose the Position of the white paper in the content block. Choose the Landing Page and click Save.
Method 2: Uploading to the platform
1. Within the platform, click System in the left sidebar and select White Papers from the dropdown menu.
2. Navigate to the Assets tab and click Add White Paper.
3. Enter the Headline and Synopsis for your white paper.
4. Select Browse Files or drag and drop to upload the Whitepaper Logo, Whitepaper Thumbnail and Whitepaper Download.
5. Select a Publish Date and choose the position of the white paper in the content block. Choose the Landing Page and click Save.
6. Next, within your campaign go to Creatives and select White Papers from the dropdown menu.
7. Click Select.
8. Tick to enable the correct White Paper, then select the Landing Page and click Save.
