Introduction
Within the Convertr Forms there are many form fields that can be used. Each one has an individual use and may be needed on your form. The following document lists out each of the field types and provides a description of what they can be used for.

Performs an address lookup on UK postcodes that can help populate 4 address lines and a postcode field |

DVLA Lookup |
Performs a lookup on a UK car licence plate that can help populate VRM, make, model and year |
|
Telephone lookup
|
Performs an international telephone lookup and deems the number valid or invalid after the number has been input |

Email Lookup
|
Performs an email lookup and deems the address valid or invalid after the email has been input |
|
Facebooksignup
|
Uses the Facebook profile signin to help populate subsequent fields within the form |

Last Name
|
Creates a Last Name-specific field |

Checkboxes
|
A llows for the selection of multiple checkboxes from a range of customisable options

RadioInputs |
Allows the selection of a single option from a range of options. Users would use this type over the Choice type if the option list was short

Whitepaper download
|
Triggers the download of a linked whitepaper once the form has been completed
|

Companylookup
|
Performs a lookup for company information based on searching a company name.

Title
|
A pre-populated Choice field type that already has values for common titles, e.g. Mr, Miss, Mrs, Ms, etc.

DeviceCapture
|
Allows the defining of different devices, e.g. laptop, mobile, tablet and can pass the type as a value with the lead |

HTMLInput
|
Allows a HTML input box to include any HTML, CSS or Javascript |

Hidden Input
|
Allows a value to be passed with the lead, but the input itself doesn't appear on the form itself |
|
Optin
|
Consent optin which allows configuring of marketing optin types, e.g. email, telephone, sms, and a checkbox that is commonly used to agree/optin to terms and conditions

USStateList
|
A pre-populated Choice field type containing all the US states

Telephone
|
A text field for the Telephone number. The fieldname is fixed, which can ensure consistency across forms

Allows for the display of content based on the form's association, such as Terms and Conditions for a specific Advertiser. Allows for forms to be used across advertisers
