An Evidence Pack is a complete, timestamped record of everything that happened to a lead — from creation through to delivery — so you can answer an auditor's, regulator's, or client's question with proof rather than a manual search.
Where to find it
Go to Govern > Evidence Pack. It sits alongside the Policies and Exceptions tabs.
Find the lead
- Under Criteria, use Search and Select Lead and type the exact lead ID, email, or lead hash — a partial or fuzzy search won't return results.
- Choose the matching lead from the dropdown. The Evidence Pack panel below updates to show that lead's ID, email, and hash in its header.
Review the record
A banner confirms Data accurate as of the current date and time, then a table lists every event for that lead in order, oldest first, each with an Event Timestamp, End Timestamp, Event Group, Event Type, and a Details column spelling out exactly what happened. A typical record moves through:
- Lead Creation — the advertiser, campaign, form, and publisher the lead came in through.
- Processr Job — any QA or enrichment jobs that ran, whether each one passed, and the exact message returned (including a third-party provider's own error response, where relevant).
- Processing — confirmation the lead was processed.
- Governance — the account-level policy the lead was checked against, which job and job group ran, the result message, and the outcome (passed or failed).
- Delivery/Billable — whether the lead was delivered and billable to the publisher and advertiser, and why not if it wasn't.
- Governance Policy Exception (if one was made) — who approved it and the reason they recorded.
- Lead Flagging (if the lead was manually flagged) — who flagged it, their comment, reason, and the resulting status.
Together, these rows are the proof: what the lead did, what your policy did about it, who stepped in if anyone did, and what happened to the lead as a result.

- You'll see a confirmation that your Evidence Pack is being generated, and you'll get an email once it's ready.
- Open Exports Requests — the New tab lists it by filename, with the date requested. Click Download on that row to save the CSV. Once you've downloaded it, it moves to the Downloaded tab.
